"We were on our way to Ankara from Istanbul where the guide decided to stop here for lunch. The waiters hurriedly found some empty tables and shuffled them around for our party of 7. We really enjoyed the meal here – see photos. It was good. We noticed that customers were coming in all the time and the restaurant was continually full even though it was about 2pm. When we left, I noticed that other restaurants were not busy like this one."
"Delicious but personnel’s attitude like somebody want to curse your face, anyway still deserve to talk about. So expensive for this service, and they don’t give appetizers of doner kabap if you wish doner over pitta/lahmacun"
"A recommended place by a friend to try Gazienthep style Lahmacun (with garlic and more spicy I was told), so we did at last. We ordered both Gazienthep style and regular one, both were nice, my wife enjoyed them very much… so did I. Lentil soup was good, baklava with pistachio were great. Superb services. Next time we’ll try kebap for sure…"
"Great Turkish restaurant with delicious food. The dishes were flavorful and well prepared, and the portions were generous. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and the staff was friendly. I really enjoyed the experience and would definitely come back."
"Düveroğlu Anıttepe Şubesi We found this place in Anıttepe, a local residential area of Çankaya - not a touristy spot at all. This turned out to be an unexpectedly excellent restaurant with some of the best meat І’ve had in Turkey. We ordered garlic lahmacun, mixed kebab, and baklava, and were very satisfied with everything. The garlic lahmacun has a pleasant garlic flavor but doesn’t leave any aftertaste. The mixed kebab came on one plate with incredibly tender and soft chicken, very flavorful kebab, and extremely soft and juicy meat skewers. This is honestly one of the best meat I’ve eaten in Turkey. There are many excellent places here, but this one is definitely staying on my favorites list. When it was time for dessert, we chose baklava. It wasn’t overly sweet - the sweetness was pleasant and balanced. We waited around 10-15 minutes for our food. During that time, they brought us fresh hot lavash, vegetable cuts (as is typical in Turkey), and sauce for the bread - a nice touch while waiting. The staff was very friendly, polite, and efficient. The restaurant is clean with a neutral, standard interior for this type of place. It’s medium-sized but quite spacious. There are always plenty of customers, but the noise level stays low - you can easily talk to each other."
"Their antep lahmacun was recommended by a friend to try and we did, it was tasty and garlicy but it not much different to other lahmacuns out there. We had to wait for like 20 mins for the lahmacun cause it was very crowded and everyone was after it so I ordered mercimek soup which was good. The Kadayif was what I was really like cause it was crunchy and not too sweet. Overall, it was a great dining experience!"
"When we go to our hometown, we like to visit places that hold memories. @duveroglukebap is one of the good businesses that are traditional, maintain their standards, and where the price/quality ratio remains on the positive side. The business we have known for 30 years is one of the addresses that is always on our list with its Antep style lahmacun, good Yaprak Döner and Adana Kebab, which is successful according to Ankara standards. Pide and Baklava are also so popular for some customers, but we have different tastes in these two products. We recommend that you visit the Anıttepe or Kızılay branches of this still budget-friendly business."
"A must to go ! A MUST if you’re in Ankara if you wanna have some traditional and tasty Turkish meat, it was way too tasty!! And staffs so kind, TESEKURLER"
